Antioxidants are man-made or natural substances that may prevent or delay some types of cell damage. Foods that are rich in antioxidant are kidney beans, tomatoes, dark chocolates, barley, strawberry, raspberries, spinach, broccoli, etc. Daily need of antioxidants are 40 to 60g for normal adults.
