We've implemented extensive safety measures for home visits to keep patients and health care providers safe: PPE (such as masks and gloves), sanitize themselves and equipment before and after each visit, and will sit 6 feet away from you, ideally in a well-ventilated private space. You will also be required to wear a mask if you have one. If you have symptoms for COVID-19, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, or sore throats you will be required to have a telemedicine call visit with us, prior to any home visits.

By ‘TAH Covid Home Care’ package we provide you with compassionate, 'contact-less' care using telemedicine. Most Covid patients with mild symptoms heal within 15 days. Payments and billing

Service cost depends on the type of service and the healthcare provider you choose to receive service. You will be provided with the total fee up-front before starting service in most cases. Cost of services like Home Doctor visits can vary after service depending on the treatment done and medications used.

When you book service by Direct Booking, you will be given different payment options like Bank transfers, UPI and Cash after service. If the service is booked through app, you can pay through an integrated payment gateway with different payment methods. Your initial charge is an estimate only, based on the healthcare provider and service you selected. Depending on the services used, you may owe more or less than the initial payment. In the case of a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to process.

Of course! Usually after a Home Doctor service, the doctor prescribes medications and lab test if necessary. Home sample collection will be done for lab tests and you can get them done from your home. Medicines will also be delivered the same day upon acceptance.
